I saw the golden dome from nearby hillside and thought it looked like a spot worth checking out. It turns out the Sameba Cathedral is a thoroughly modern edifice barely ten years old. Inside it’s a cavernous space with almost a dozen chapels on multiple levels but overall I found it rather soulless.
